At Dynaura Creations, we understand the significance of receiving your jewelry pieces & crystals in perfect condition within a timely manner. We are dedicated to creating jewelry items tailored to you.
Order Processing:
All orders received prior 3 PM AST will begin processing and be shipped out within 1-5 days depending on order size and availability of materials. Orders received after 3 PM AST will begin processing the following business day. Our business operates Monday through Friday.
Shipping Options:
We offer several shipping options for our customers to choose from, including standard shipping & expedited shipping. The shipping rate will be based on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order.
Delivery Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on destination and shipping carrier.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your package has been shipped. For expedited shipping, you can track your order by clicking on the link that will be provided in the email.
Damage during Shipping:
In the very unlikely event in which your order has arrived damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately as we will come to a resolution with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as necessary.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs:
Our products cannot be returned. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with the sizing of your item, you may return the undamaged item(s) within 30 days of purchase date for a size exchange of the item. In the unlikely event that your item breaks, we will repair it free of charge with the following protocol: send us a picture of the beads recovered following the break, mail the recovered beads (must have a minimum of 30% of the total item), let us know the sizing of the item. The repair policy is valid for the lifetime of your jewelry purchase. Contact us for further information on returns, exchanges and repairs.
